Abdominal Binder Post Surgery Belly Wrap
I had an abdominal surgery band from the hospital post-surgery which has velcro to secure the band around the stomach area. The product I received has no velcro so is of no use to me.
Its great, it may seem impractical and if worn on outside of clothes look ridiculous BUT it really helped to curb the spasms and gave me a chance to think past the pain and redirect my approach to teaching on my right or leaning down to right where the hip would otherwise grip my tendon and send spasms down my leg and injured my knee. I even slept in it.! Only thing I did wrong was think I was larger than the measured size ... Have extra binding to utilise.
